Experience this (and more!) in a program that boasts a magnificent combination of Spanish learning and surfing. We welcome anyone interested in learning a foreign language in a truly unique city and with an eagerness to surf—both experienced surfers and beginners alike.
All surfing lessons include the basics, based on individual levels. These could tackle theories, water safety, techniques, etiquette, wave selection, coastline knowledge, rips, local conditions, weather forecasts, and more. Beginners will learn to handle a board, paddle, catch white waves, pop up on the board, and stand on the foam. Intermediate surfers will improve surfing techniques—such as duck diving, cutbacks, frontside and backside turns, and more—and perfect individual styles. Instructors will take students to the best surf spots, depending on their ability and needs.
